I really, really loved living @ this apartment complex. We had a fabulous apartment that overlooked the Legacy golf course & it was so quiet & nice.
The staff was always incredibly friendly, helpful & willing to work with you. Plus, they all live on the property as well (at least they did while we were there).
While it's not IN Des Moines, it's very close to any place you'd want to go to.
Maintenance is VERY good at clearing the roads when there's snow or ice.
I would definately recommend this place. It's far better than other apartments in Des Moines!!!

Thank you so much for your feedback. When I was decided on an apartment last February I reviewed your comments. I chose to look for the consistencies in the reviews posted, and I am glad I did. I just love it here; Deb, Laura, and Austin feel like family. I amnot related to them, but they treat people with such professionalism and kindness. Thanks for posting your positive comments!!
