not quiet, not peaceful, and too expensive....

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
There has not been a moment of peace and quiet since we moved in. Let's just say it is not country living at its best. In addition, the rent is too high for what you have to put up with. There are a plethora of other places to rent that would be comfortable and quiet.
