I have lived here for a year and it been a choice I do not regret. I noticed the comments about noise are around the time there was construction going on as the city is putting in a road behind the complex. The noise is over now and the complex was very informative about what was going on at the time and it was beyond their control. The staff is by far the most professional I have ever worked with, and they treat you like family. The maintenance department is incredibly professional and very responsive. It is time to renew my lease and I am hesitant to ever leave until I buy a house. The grounds are well cared for and they have a lot of pride in the way the complex is taken care of. I know that if I ever had a problem they would handle it. I moved here after a divorce and I couldn't have landed in a better place. I am thankful to have Deb, Laura, and Austin as they make sure things are done with quaility, professionalism, and in a friendly manner. If you are looking at this complex, just know it is a great place to live.
