At times this place seems great, at other times the neighbors can be so rude. If I ever park too close to the white line or walk too loudly up the steps, or even in my own apartment, my neighbors complain by either leaving me nasty notes on my car or hitting their ceiling (my floor). When I as management to deal with it they clearly want me to resolve it myself as they do not want to feel involved.
If I felt I had more anonymity then this place would be great.
Also, don't fall for how two-faced the staff is. They get to know you personally and then use it against you professionally. The best way to survive living here is to remain invisible.
If you are someone who doesn't care if you disturb your neighbors and you do not take insults personally then this place would work for you.

In what way did they use your personal information against you professionally? Did you work for them? Did you use them as a reference at a job? Also did you try talking to your neighbor to see if anything could be done about the "noise", once you make a connection with someone you might find they are more understanding and will come to you instead of banging on the ceiling/your floor...hence what the apartment management was probably trying to do is kind of force you to be a neighbor instead of just a resident! I am not affiliated with the property, but I will be a resident very shortly and I look on here to see if this is a good place...thank you for submitting your statements!!

The managers are both rude and condesending. I see where your coming from and I have no problems. I can just tell when I see Tina and the young girl.
