I have had numerous problems with neighbors complaining about many petty things such as walking up the breezeway stairs or being loud when I am getting up in the middle of the night to grab a quick drink. When the managment gets involved they are very rude to me and come across as if they are "siding" with the tenant who always complains. Ever since this neighbor has moved in I have had to change my schedule and make great efforts to remain quiet and yet this neighbor is still complaining.
I have offered to move out but the management will not budge on waiving the buy out fee. I have done everything I can to make this work and it clearly is not. I am paying to LIVE here and feel that I cannot perform activities of daily living. I "tip-toe on eggshells" and feel nervous anytime I move between 10pm and 7am. I cannot stand living here any longer and am hoping to find a place where the management is not rude and where the neighbors are not intolerant to sound.

Didn't you already post this? Hopefully whoever reads these reviews will be smart enough to see what is consistent. It is a nice place to live. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the stability of the new management. The takeover was not handeled well and the professionailism is gone. The previous management did a great job. Have you tried sleeping in the middle of the night instead of making noise?

Have you tried to talk to your neighbors? A simple thing as being friendly and talking to your neighbors can go a long way in building a relationship, and a more enjoyable living environment. Maybe they have a reason why they are "complaining" maybe the noise is being amplified into their apartment, you just don't know until you ask....then again they should be adults and talk to you too if something is wrong.

Yeah about the managment I'm tired of hereing I don't really know we are still new here.

If management won't help and they won't let you out of your lease I would continue with your activities. They have to do something or leave you alone. Call Home Inc and they will give you advice and they can get involved and will do it for FREE.
