This apartment was a bit pricy for its location and Concord Management wasn't always the best. Neighbors sometimes complained about silly things but now that the management has changed, it is awful! TAB Properties bought out Concord Management and they are so rude they make Concord look like rockstars. I have never dealt with a more 2-faced witch than ----. She is so good at being nice unless you want something. No matter what you are asking for, renting a garage, to moving out, she is so rude and difficult to deal with. Just be aware that she will be super nice to get you to sign the lease but once you are in you are on your own. Only rent here if you plan to not need anything from maintenance, management and never call to ask them to help with neighbors.

I have heard nothing but good things about the management team you have referenced above! Could it be that you were asking for unreasonable accommodations or for the management to provide a special favor even if it went against the certain fair housing laws or the company???s policy? I find the new manager to be pro-active and very nice. I would highly recommend High Pointe!

I don't think she is. My friend didn't get apporoved to move in. She was 21 and had less than three years of credit history. When asking questions if she could pay a double deposit or not have the move in special. She said that ---- chick who was so nice to her did a complete 180 and was so rude, and was talking down to her, and acting like it was a crime to not have had credit yet at 21.

So this is a second hand account and not your own? Could it be that your friend was hurt by being denied, so took out her frustration on the person working in the office? I don't mean to say that the person couldn't have been a little less nice knowing this person didn't qualify for an apartment, but without knowing the whole back story it really isn't fair to judge the staff in this way. Also this site really should be for those who are residents of places, not friends of would be residents, to inform potential residents of their experiences...in my opinion this post should be taken down, because from the post this person is only giving a second hand story and doesn't actually live here!!

I think the person responding to this IS THE MANAGER, thanks for making my decision NOT to move here, I have had enough of bitchy managers!!!
