OK, but some complaints

Not a bad place but fairly pricey (although prices vary wildly, I found out I am paying 150-200/mo more than some tenants w/ the same floor plan). Also, the------------- can be a real -----; She doesn't come off as very sincere at all and you always see her catching smoke breaks or talking on the cell and then huffing and puffing if she has to do something. The pool isn't great, it was closed the other week for a "fungus issue." On the plus side, the floor plans are decent sized, maintenence is adaquate, and you always feel safe (there are at least 2 cops living in the apt and the police/fire station is right down the road).

Wow, are you talking about the manager I see all the time on the property cleaning and pulling weeds among all of the other things she does in the office. She definitely didn't look bothered or to be "huffing and puffing". I'm completely happy with my apartment and the staff here. By the way, the pool is awesome here too! It is well maintained and yes I do recall it being closed for a short while this summer but I don??t think the office closed it down on purpose?? I would recommend living here to anyone It??s close, quiet, and priced right!
