A very nice place to live - I've lived there two different times. In 2003 and in 2010. It's has beautiful lawns and across from a park. They are one story brick. They are well maintained and management is easy to get along with. The only reason I moved is to scurry back to Washington state because I couldn't handle the Iowa weather. Place is dirty you see cigarette buts and trash all over the hallways. Poor management tenants treated unfairly. Landlord show favoritism. Kids running up and down hallways. Witnessed drugs and exchange of. Change of mind of renting an apartment. knowingly theft.
