Highpoint of Pella was a great opportunity for my wife and I. We needed to move quick and this was the place for us. Great place for our dog as well. Large, clean, newer style apartments. Negotiated the washer and dryer, great quality and size. Nice big closets and 2 full bathrooms. New management is very outgoing and easy to work with. Our neighbors were very quiet and curtious. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

We must be on opposite sides of the apartments because my neighbors are extremely loud all hours of the night! Doesn't bother us too bad though, and yes I agree the new management is great! He is very nice, polite, and has kept the pool in shape better than it ever has been before.
