As my title states, this is the worst place I have ever lived. I would NOT recommend this to anyone, not even my worst enemy. The building is on the edge of a horrible neighborhood, although the houses surrounding it are nice. One block over is gangland, so don't venture out alone at night! The other tenants are loud and obnoxious, with kids running around the building unsupervised all day long. The building is near falling apart, which is a shame because it could be beautiful if an owner would put some much-needed time and money into it. I have been promised over and over that repairs will be made, rennovations will be done, new carpets will be installed, new paint, etc....in two years, there have been minimal improvements. The maintenance staff is horrible, if you call one part-time person a "staff". The "management company" could care less what goes on in the building, as long as the rent checks arrive on time. I was promised the moon when I was moving in. Everything was a lie and I have been stuck there ever since. I am counting down the days until I can leave this hellhole, which isn't long now. Thank God.

Hey guys the building is not that bad I love living here it's got new management and the promise of a new future the new owner has got it going on. So far there is improvment that we have been waiting for so give it a chance.

A new manager for the building will most definitely change the gang environment, the lack of supervision of children by neighbors, and a building that is falling apart! Agrant2342, you are a funny man!

The manager in question was stealing money from the tenants and shredding documents. Managers after that were just angry, bitter, mean people that drove tenants out. Question to the owners; does nobody check references anymore? How is it so impossible to get some EXPERIENCED property mangers in there?

I have been shopping for an apartment for my sister to rent for several hours a day for the past several weeks now. Her main request was that I get an apartment which was close to Labor Ready on W 7th St and Bluff. So can anyone help us out? I am in Nevada so I am relying on comments by you people to help me out. Other than being close to Labor Ready, I would want to get her a place which is VERY QUIET WITHOUT CHILDREN which is in good condition with a good management team to look after her getting settled in and the building being properly maintained. Definitely would not want to put her near "Gandland." I would prefer an apartment complex which is rented by professionals. Please help me out. Her email address is: anita.conklin@yahoo.com.
