i lived here with my family and for the price we were paying it wasn't bad. There is pool and a playground for the kids and its close to everything. They weren't fancy but you also didn't pay the price to get very fancy apartments. The laundry was a pain in the ass because there was only the connections on the 1st floor, so if you live on the third you need to walk all the way down with you basket, but they did have cameras in the laundry room, and also in the parking lot that you can watch in your apartment at any time.
