I have been here about six months and it is not too bad for what you pay (570.00 with all utilities except electric). They have a speical deal with electric where if your bill is over a certain amount in a year they will reimburse you so they are very energy savvy. The complex is very multicultural and multi-generational. The staff are pretty good about getting back to you. I have had some maintenance issues that either 1)get fixed ASAP or 2) a bigger one (like a leaky window that runs like a waterfall in a rainstorm) that has tried to get swept under the rug. Not bad if you need to save some money, or on a fixed income...
