for what its worth after leaving a few months ago, my apt was in perfect shape, I had repaired marks on the walls and had the floors professionally cleaned like they specified in our agreement.

they kept my deposit and cited that I had wore out the 10 year old carpeting in just 2 years (nowhere perfect when I moved in better when I left) and it needed replaced.

Now they are damaging my credit because I don't have the money to pay for it! I've also watch as the drunks in the east apartment complex over boozed and puked into the play ground and the managment said there was nothing that they could do about it! last but not least, the pool was shut down 3/4 of the first year that my family moved there because kids would throw glass in the pool! If you need anything done at this apt complex please do not waste your breath talking to the ladies in charge your time would be better spent slamming your head on concrete, go over there heads to there managment, its the only things will get done.

The only good person they have is the very over worked Kevin and I hope he finds a better paying job with some respect (cause' he deserves it)!
