My entry is only based on my apartment hunting experience.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful. This seems to be rare.
I must admit this was the least expensive place that I looked at. I ended up choosing an apartment that was about 800 per month.
The deal breaker was the wall air conditioner. I have to have central air.
Other items of interest. Carpet was kind of old. Kitchen was okay, but the appliances were about 20 years old, at best.
Not a bad place, just not for me. I will enter that I reccomend this complex, but it only if this is the best you can afford.
