Don't bother.

I would never move back into these apartments, and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone else unless it's all you can afford.
The apartment was nice at first glance, though the appliances are old. The dishwasher broke twice while I was in the apartment, and the second time it took over a week for them to even look at it. The toilets clogged on a regular basis, overflowing more than once. There were other water issues, as well; the bathtub in the apartment above mine started to leak, and there was water literally pouring into my bathroom. They cut a giant hole in the bathroom cieling (think 4'x3') to try and find the cause of the leak, and they found NOTHING. Then, to make matters work, it took over FOUR MONTHS for them to fix the hole despite my almost constant nagging, and when they did it looked terrible. The cieling was uneven and you could clearly tell that there had been water damage.
After I moved out, I was charged for a "burn mark" on my living room floor. When I went to look at it, it looked like it was from a cigarette. My boyfriend and I never smoked in the apartment, however, and I know that it wasn't there when I moved out because it was VERY noticeable. We also had a bug infestation while in the apartment, the management did nothing to solve it so we tried to do so ourselves.
The management is nice but inept, don't expect them to get things done quickly or efficiently. When you share a concern with the building manager she will smile and promise to take care of it quickly. Never happens. Parking is terrible, don't let the daytime conditions fool you; in the morning there are plenty of spaces, but at night there is nothing available. More than once I had to park on the street a block away from my building. Many of the tenants noisy, blasting stereos and having large, drunken parties out on their patios (we were woken up at 3 AM one night by a drunk woman knocking on our groundfloor sliding door because her friends dared her to). The sliding door was old and falling apart, half the time we couldn't get it to lock, and the key never worked.
Basically, if this is all you can afford, you can make it work. But for me, it was way too much hassle. I'd rather spend a little extra to live in a nice place.
