I have lived at Parkway for almost two years. I pay 640.00 a month. The appliance are old and the parking lot is not safe. A little over a year ago, I walk out to my car in the morning and one of my neighbors car windows was smashed in and their car stereo was stolen. The management does nothing about noisy neighbors, even though the lease clearly states that loud noise will not be tolerated. I'm looking for a new place to live in Shermin Hills. I refuse to pay 640.00 a month when I can pay 450.00 to 500.00 and have a place with brand new everything and parking thats under ground.
