Thanks for all the opinions here. I have to say that I had some reservations upon being shown a freezing model apartment and passing apartments with plastic on the windows. This site just confirms the truth that these apartments are not well insulated. Furthermore, it confirms my suspicions of dishonest management as I could not get a straight answer from the girl that showed me the apartment. I will definitely not sign alease here. I am only glad I am only down the over-priced $30 for them to process my application and not locked into a lease. I will take this site's advice and rent elsewhere.
