My fiance's car was broken in to about 4 weeks ago. It's not very well lit outside... My cable has gone out multiple times...
This place would be worse. All the reviews are right about the uppity snots that work in the office. They basically look down on you and do not want to utter even the most generic of apologies when a problem arises.
Make sure if you do live here that you have the SaddleBrook Snots write you a receipt for your rent check. That saved me twice when the leasing office called to tell me my rent.
SaddleBrook work-out facility is awesome and I never had any problems with it. I've been lucky and had quiet neighbors as well. However you can hear through the walls.
NO matter where you live, you're going to have some type of problems... I guess it's just something that us renters will have to get used to... SaddleBrook is no different, but for the money I'd go elsewhere and save up for something better.
