I feel that my experience at saddlebrook apaptments has been very good. In other apartments that I have been in there have been many problems that have been over looked. The staff here have taken very good care of me and my needs. I am very satisfied with everyone at Saddlebrook, so far my energy bills have been extremely reasonable, it's close to everything I need, and parking has not been a problem. I do feel good that the Urbandale Police Department is right next door. I leave my keys in my car with the window down 70% of the time and nobody has taken A THING from my car.

As far as the staff, they are very friendly to me and make my living here even more enjoyable. So give these guys a break. It's a new development. Everyone has things they need to learn on the job. If you had the job of making everybody happy you might have a few problems also!
