If you have never taken anyone's advice before take this. DON'T MOVE IN. I have lived here only 7 months. My car has been vandalized by those delinquent kids that live here. Not just once, but three times, shame on me I know I'm moving out. The new management staff has been replaced but they are still worthless. They have had more screws up in the past month, then the last group of nincompoops. If you can, contact the nearby Police department and see the numberous complaints that are on file. SaddleBrook is a nightmare waiting to happen. I don't recommend anyone in their right mind moving in. Wait, they do allow pets, but be careful, pet owners don't pick up their pet's waste.
