I can only say that these brand new apartments are cheap and shoddy.
The building is crooked and the floor boards creek everywhere I walk. I can hear everything that my neighbors and their pets do during the day and at night.
The management girls are rude and disgenuine. I don't know who hired them but they have no common sense or basic math skills at that.
If you live here you can expect to be charged on every thing from requesting a copy of your lease to paying for prorated days that they are not even opened.
You can expect to lock your doors every night because the security doors don't work and residents are constantly robbed most likely from your neighbors
You can expect to pay too much on utilties. I paid $90 bucks this months and my air conditioner was broken. I must have done a lot of laundry or something.
Anyways, I think you get the point. This place is horrible
