People are right, everyone is entitled to their opinion. Here is mine.

I lived at SaddleBrook for 9 depressing months. I was told it was great for families, they restricted dog breeds and our leasing agent was friendly at signing.

Our troubles started immediately. We were paying full priced rent at over $1100 a month. I work in the apartment industry and in these times that is rediculous

The apartment they showed me was nice an clean. But the apartment we got had carpet and tile with holes, cracks, stains and reminants from the previous tenants. My apartment supposedly only had 1 tenant before me.

Management didnt care about you, once you were moved in rates went up, quality went down.

Lets not forget about the drop outs down the hall that dealt drugs. The constant smell of marijuana and stumbling customers up and down the halls is enough to make anyone scream. They constantly propped the "security" door open for easier access. When we brought it up to the management their solution was to hang a note up.

Another point, the security doors' Dont work most of the time. I've heard of many burglaries into cars and first floor apartments.


Overall poor environment for children and people afraid of aggressive dogs, they claim to regulate the breeds but if you look around clearly the size of the turds do not coincide with the permittable breeds in the complex. Furthermore, the location is in a busy intersection. Which is nice to have some close shops, but with Aldi and a buffet nearby, you can only imagain the type of crowd it brings in.

This place is far overpriced and you can find better.
