I lived in the Saddlebrook for only 1 year. Paid the rent on time every month, asked little of complex. My apartment was spotless when I left and I even left my blinds in the living room and bedroom that I purchased at move in because apparently their blinds were "always on order" when I moved in . Anyways, the complex is holding my deposit claiming partial replacement of carpet (over $300 for that shabby beige piece of crap that had a seam down the middle the entire time I lived there) and money to "resurface stovetop." The total charges are over $400. I guess that's the repayment for being a good tenant and taking care of the unit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX. They will scam you because they know that they can get away with it because the sum is too low to bother with a law suit.
