I have never had a bad renting experience in approximately 20 years of renting apartments....until Saddlebrook! Moved to Des Moines and needed furnished apartment while house hunting. Horrendous experience. You will lose your security deposit. You will be charged all kinds of hidden and unwarranted fees, including dust on your ceiling fan!
