This is in my opinion the nicest apartment complex and the best deal in all of Urbandale, Clive and West Des Moines.
The apartments are very affordable, spacious, clean, quite and have lots of closet/storage space. The rental office employees are very nice and helpful and really care about the apartments, the tennants and the up-keep of the buildings.
The apartments have character and they all have a really nice big deck or patio that connects to a spiral staircase. They have a really nice pool for the summer that's always clean and is totally private for tennants only. This comlex is also very safe and is in the middle of an really nice middle class neighborhood. We have lived here for a year and plan on signing another lease.

Yes the apartments are nice and so is the pool but is it really worth losing half your deposit and knowing that they discriminate against people? Not to mention you get a letter everyday telling what NOT to do as if everyone misbehaves like children. And now the office is only open half the time. They break the law and I wish people would see that like I did
