The office staff are psychos. Parking is awful, one spot per apartment. My friends have no where to park when they come and someone is alway parking in my spot. The garages are flimsy and no automatic openers. Only one washer and dryer per building. The apartments are at a good location and are in good condition, clean and big. Pet rent is reasonable. Maintenance problems dealt with quickly. Buildings are quiet. Very clean and nice, for the most part I really like it. If you are partiers this isn't the place for you, they tell you that straight up when you talk to them. I'm not so it works for me.
