Don't know what has happened here. Used to be the best in the area, but management has gone downhill rapidly. Previous manger was caring and really took job seriously. New manger takes herself seriously - not residents or their concerns. What a mess! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Never knew the previous management, but the new management is excellent. The property is well kept, clean, and always looks beautiful. The maintenance people work their hardest to get everything accomplished in a timely matter. If you feel things are really this bad, then why do you live at St Andrews? It's a wonderful complex, with wonderful people living here. The apartments are spacious and well kept. Anyone would be lucky to have such a nice place to call home.

It sounds like the manager paid someone to reply to this one. I agree totaly with the first rating.

I agree with the first rating also. The management used to be great, it's been horrible for a long time now. The response from "StAndrews86" is obviously the new management thats why they are CHEERLEADING the place by responding to every rating. StAndrews86: The new management makes no effort to make residents happy after have become trapped in a rental aggreement. The property has not been well kept as of the last year. Maintenance is non existant because there were four people hired and now there is only one left for the whole complex. People live there because they are stuck in a rental agreement and/or moving is very inconvenient. People who live there are lucky they don't live in Istanbul. If you want to cheerlead to keep your job, just dont lie while doing it.
