One new resident seems to like it here. The new manager came just before the 1st of the year, since then there have been 6 or more long term residents leave, with others planning to leave soon! Also it appears the new manager can't keep employees, 6 or 7 of them have left recently.
If you voice a concern you may be told that your option is to move or she may walk away from you. It seems its her way or no way.Wait until this new tenant is yelled at for a question or waits for months to get a leak fixed.

This is a true story and everyone else I talk to here thinks the same. All the employees quit and people have been talking about things are not the same anymore. I've heard before that the manager is not one to go to when there is a problem. You'd be better off ignoring the problem or finding any one else.
