Seems to me that some people have a hard time dealing with change. Anytime New Management goes into a place there are going to be some changes that might not make everyone happy. I have been a long term tenant & could not be happier with the changes that have been made. If new management took over, then obviously there was a proplem with the prior management.

In response to some of the previous comments: 5 people are not allowed to live in a 2 bedroom apartment, there has not been 6-7 staff members who have left, & maintenance is done in a timely manner.

I have referred a few people to contact the office about vacancy & there is usually a wait of a month or 2. This community has been fully occupied since the new management took over. I would think if people need to comment negatively then maybe they should consider other places to live.

Again, no one can make everyone happy all of the time.

!THIS REVIEW WAS MADE BY THE MANAGER! look at the responses to other reviews with the name standrews86. This review is the same as those responses but put in one review. Just compare them. The whole review is dirty lies I tell you! Four years ago it was a nice place to live at but the last year worries me a lot.

Change suggests that somthing wil replace that which was taken away. Change is not what happened here. Only cancellation of services you expect with apartment dwelling: snow removal, actual response to maintenance requests (I have one 5 months old, still not done), regular cleaning of common areas. Pay your rent but don't expect anything but a roof in return.
