BE WARNED. BUYER BEWARE... Years ago I really liked living here. The staff was exceptional and friendly and things were kept up well. I think the recent staff changes when five people quit have left the place in a state of despair. The manager is downright rude sometimes and they just want your money, making tenants happy is not a goal, not in the slightest. No longer is there an interest to keep the appearance up. The manager must be on a commision system, that's the only reason I can see for letting everything go is to get a bonus for having low expenses. She must be a real gremlin. For the amount of rent we pay, we expect things to be taken care of and looking presentable. If it's broken, fix it. If there is no one to fix stuff, hire someone. If there is graffiti, paint over it. If the door is broken, replace it. It's common sense. Who wants to be embarassed when their children come to visit them'

On the East side of building 1 there is a broken window next to the door that has been broken for almost a year and still hasnt been fixed. Go look yourself. No doubt they will leave it for another year. I dont have children that come and visit but I feel trashy when visitors see litter in the hall and stuff thats broken.

The office wont take care of what matters but they go and install a fountain next to the office building to get new renters. Go figure. The priorities are not right. Angry renters are worse than less renters.

Who other than the workers and potential renters are going to get any enjoyment out of the fountain placed outside of the leasing office? What a crock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
