Everything was fine with our old manager, Bill. Now the new manager (whose father owns the place) is in and since then all office staff has quit and only one maintenance staff member is left. Oh and talk about stupid. She takes about 15 minutes to fully comprehend whatever it is you tell her. Do not rent here!!! Check other apartments (I went to Polo Club). Management will drive you nuts!

I gotta agree with your post.Now I know why she is titled mgr. Because I personally don't think she could manage a lemonade stand located at the dead end of a gravel rode let alone an apartment complex.

I absolutely love the new management. They have done wonders for St. Andrews! I don't know where the person who wrote the original response has been for the past few years, but Bill was an aweful manager, if you could call him that! The tenants would find him sleeping in the lobby and drinking by the pool DURING OFFICE HOURS! The new management is friendly and helpful. They are exactly what we needed!

I have to agree with this review also. Under management of Bill, everything was taken care of in a timely manner. If Bill wanted to have a drink by the pool on a slow Sunday then that's just fine. At least he would have work completed and happy tenants which is much more than can be said currently.

The management is very unfair and unruly to tenants. The staff is very unorganized and the priorities are all wrong. Instead of things around the complex that have been broken for months they decide to rebuild the clubhouse/office to give a better impression to new renters. How twisted and wrong is that.

The staff is the worst part of this apartment complex. If they did their job, this would be the fantastic place it was a couple years ago. In case they forget, their job is not only to sell apartments. They also SHOULD take care of maintenance, property upkeep, snow removal, being reasonably accomodating to tenants, being honest to new and current renters, etc. I hate living here.
