The review to this comment comes straight from the hog-faced ----- herself, Vicky. It's only too obvious when in the review she mentions all the wonderful things about the "new manager". How about she's a hag and a drunken sot. She ran off all the long-term tenants (people have been at St.Andrews for 10-15 years), lied to the new tenants, and is such a venomous snake that her own employees quit their jobs!!! What does that tell you about this new "manager"'
