As many posts suggest, the priority of the new management is anything but resident friendly. The security door to my building was repeatedly broken, the door at the top of my stairs actually locked me into my building, the parking lot is a 3 inch deep lake each time it rains, and the gutter at my entry constantly trips dirty water on me. And yet management has invested in nearly a hundred tacky outdoor christmas light-up decorations and the electricity it takes to run them each night for the last month. And of course, they didn't bother to ask if anyone wanted to come home to these each day.

Of course they didn't ask us, they only did it because they think it will look homely and attract more renters. The new management absolutely doesn't care about you once you become a renter. When I first came here I really loved how nice and accomodating the management was. They were very professional and recognized us as their customer. Now it's all about them and nothing for us. I'm very dissapointed I chose to live here.
