We moved into these apartments because they dont do background or credit checks. I think the manager is usually nice but seems to have some very bad days. Some things get fixed right away and some things go a long time, we have waited for over a month for our shower door to be recocked and hung but our heater was fixed within half an hour. the parking in our building sucks alot, and if you come after about eight at night you wont find a spot anywhere close. many of the neighbors are very rude and will slam the security door in your face (even if you are carrying 2 babies) because "they dont know if you really live here" I have asked many times for a first floor apartment and have been told there aren't any but people have moved in and out of the first floor. There is not a waiting list, in fact when we moved in there were 3 open apartments and we took posession of our apartment less then a week after we applied. We were told when we moved in that a playground was going to be built over the summer, these plans have been scratched. I can't here my neighbors at all, I have had many different neighbors and I never could hear any of them. The speed in the parkinglot scares me though, some people drive through at 25 or 30 miles an hour and with a toddler who does everthing for himself it is an issue, management doesn't seen to care about this problem. It is not a kid friendly environment, but it's ok for adults.

They don't do background or credit checks? No wonder why my neighbors are all crazys, gangsters, or skinheads.
