The management is very unfair and unruly to tenants. Also if there are any disputes between neighbors or with management, be assured that you will have no say in the matter. Try to defend yourself with facts and the manager gets real angry and purposely insults you to get you back. The staff is very unorganized and the priorities are all wrong. Instead of fixing things around the complex that have been broken for months they decide to rebuild the clubhouse/office to give a better impression to new renters. How twisted and wrong is that. Get them signed up in a hurry, then make them suffer through horrible mismanagement of resources.

There would be more bad reviews here but most of the people living at st andrews cant afford internet or are retired and dont know how.

I can't believe how horribly mismanaged they are. If only I could have seen these reviews back when I was looking for apartments years ago. Friends of mine that moved in here (against my recomendation not to) also experienced problems with the management being unfair. The management doesn't care to make this a nice place to live, they just care about getting their rent money. The manager forgets promises she makes from one day to the next. I've experienced many apartments and this is by far the worst managed complex in history.
