I currently live at Timberland Springs and I have for quite a while now. I love the dog park across the street where we can run our 2 dogs. The staff are pretty friendly and do everything by the book. The only thing that I dont like about it is the air conditioning. It's a window unit and my wife and I can never cool our apartment down. But I guess they cant really just put central air in. Overall it's a pretty nice community and the people who live by me are very friendly.
