Paid online the application fee plus deposit, and didn't qualify, was told they would send out a check that day for the deposit amount. Check never received, and emails were ignored. Had to contact the coorporate timberland office, to recover money.

I just moved from there, but I didn't have any problem getting my deposit back. I received it about a week after I moved out. The staff has always been friendly and I would probably still be living there if I hadn't been transferred for work.
