My sister and I are college students, and we just moved in two months ago. So far, living here has been great. From the beginning the complex manager worked with us to help us get everything we needed to get done. She is also very friendly when you walk into her office. There is a little library in the main office where residents can take books for free. She also always has cookies and treats on the table when you walk in.

There is ALWAYS parking close to my building, and the area feels very safe and secure. The complex is well-lit and is monitored by cameras.

The maintenance has impressed me. Once, I needed an outlet fixed that wasn't working correctly. I wasn't in a hurry or anything, but I called the main office. Just five minutes later, maintenance was there to fix my problem. The maintenance guys are very friendly, always saying, "Hello," and always willing to help you.

When I moved into my apartment it has been all re-done, and there was a great move-in special. I don't know what their specials are now, but it's worth looking into. We got a great deal. The complex is also close to a very cute walking/jogging trail (it would be good if you had a dog-- which you can here). The trail isn't part of the complex, obviously, but it is a perk to its location.

Anyway, I can't say enough nice things about Urban Green. So far, it has been a great place to live.
