I have lived here since graduating in May 2008. I love how cable and water are included in the rent. It is very affordable. During the winter, the parking lot is kept clear of snow and the sidewalks are salted. We haven't had anything major break, so we really haven't had to call maintenance for anything more than a malfunctioning garbage disposal. They fixed it promptly and even showed us what to do if the motor got strained again.
