We lived here for a year of hell in one of their outragiously overpriced and dirty apartments. The carpeting (after we moved in and it settled) was at least 3 or 4 years old. The sliding glass door was practically coming out of the wall and our fridge was constantly broken. The other tennants were very shady and noisy and there was alot of car theft. Police were constantly watching the area night and day. On TWO separate occasions we had a woman (who was obviously on drugs) knock on our door and asked us for a cigarette late at night! We also had cockroaches which were not only in our apartment on occasion, but also in the hallways of the building and in the laundry room. The "gym" is a total joke with equiptment circa 1978 in a dimly lit room. The hot tub was broken the entire year we were there. They have a pool too but it is practically open to the public, and you have to go to a little building by the office to get your mail, which is a total pain. The people in the office don't care about the tennants and always act like they hate their job. I can't tell you how much I hated living here, I even had trouble sleeping at night. Don't waste your hard earned money here, you can find much more affordable, safe and clean housing in the surrounding areas.
