Worst management and buildings ever

When I moved in, I thought the apartments were okay at best. During the walk-through inspection, there were red stains on the carpet and a damaged screen that were noted. There were aparments that looked like pig styes and people big dogs leaving messes all over the grass by the sidewalk. When I moved out, I rented a carpet cleaner and went over the place thoroughly. The management saw dollar signs and charged me for things I wasn't responsible for. They actually stripped me of my deposit and tried to charge over the deposit. Very miserable place to live.
