We pay over $1000 a month. Frige was broke when me moved in. Clean water started shooting out of the upstairs toilet and flooded all 3 floors, other tennants having same problem, management denies. Indoor swimming pool is unsafe, bacteria and pin worms, still not fixed. Windows and sliding doors ready to fall out. This place is a dump. Problems not fixed yet. BH Management obviously have no training. They drive around in golf carts all day on the bike trails as they are dodging pedestrians, including children waiting for their school bus. Also contacted the better business bureau
