Very spacious with tons of amenities (mini-golf course, tennis courts, great fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, tanning bed, laundry is free). To me it really wasn't worth the price though. There wasn't enough parking. People never moved their vehicles after it snowed so it was never plowed well even though your lease stated you had to. My dishwasher was VERY loud. I was told when I moved in that if I had noise complaints to call the office afterhours and the recording would tell me how to contact the courtesy officer. This is completely not true. My neighboors were unbelievably loud at all times. Hardly ever had someone answer the phone when calling the office and never returned my messages. Doors and windows leaked badly. My patio door was replaced and was left unlocked. I moved out at the end of March of this year and still haven't recieved my deposit back. I got a letter saying I could expect it in about six weeks, that was two and a half months ago. I called to see what was going on and was told they have completely new managment and would get back to me. Three days still nothing. Basically was a pretty big pain for too much money. I will agree that in the past these things have all been problems. However, it is true that it is entirely new management now and they have worked very hard to repair the damage to homes and tenant relationships since taking over. All of the many things I had been consistently complaining about for a year was taken care of in a matter of days since the new management. Things are much better now. I have lived there for almost three years and the decision to renew our last lease was solely based on the new management. They are doing a great job.
