This place is not all that bad. If you party then you probably won't like it the tickets are kind of pricy. The grounds are clean and the apartments are really nice for what I pay. Go to anyother place and tell me where you can find a complete kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Washer and Dryer in the apartments are awesome. As far as move outs keep the apartment clean and there will be no problems.
