heat doesn't work. bug problems. new rules by the week. prices keep going up for everything. SMALL, i thought i had a small one bedroom, but was later told i'm living in a large one bedroom, would hate to see the small. many problems with this property. if it wasn't across the street from the college and it didn't allow pets, no one would live here. it's kinda cheap, but you get what you pay for. it's ok for a kid's first apartment out of high school but there is MUCH better out there.
i heard a lot of good things about this place when i first moved in, but it is definitely going downhill.
