If you don't mind not having things fixed, lawn not mowed, garbage overflowing daily, sign being held by duct tape, kids running around the halls knocking on doors and screaming through out the day, not having a place to park, then this is the place for you! When first moved in owners were excellent, did everything you could imagine, then the complex was sold to a terrible land lord. They want your rent money and will not fix anything. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone if you have an issue, they will not call you back. The apartment itself is amazing but you have to deal with everything else, and after awhile its not worth it.
