I have lived here since 2001. When I moved here this was a great place. The mangers really cared. They were tough, but fair. Thier goal was to keep a great place to live.. Since they left, we have had 2 managers.. Neither have made this feel like home. The people they let in are of a very low class, they are clearly trying to fill apartments with bodies. Now people wonder about with no shirts on and have nasty cars with loud mufflers. I am very sad to see this happen.. When I got here the average income was about 40k. Now, I would guess it much closer to 25k. Too bad, it was a great place.
My ratings are based only on the current situation, my rating before 2005 would of been much higher.. 4.5

Who are you to judge other people and how in the world would you know their yearly income, if you are so upset then maybe you should leave the property!!!!!!

if you make alot more money then buy a house
