Great place if you like to party. Older apartments are not sound proof. You hear EVERYTHING from the people above you. Manager seems okay at first, the she doesn't care, will even laugh at you. Older places need some TLC. Setting is nice. No playground for kids, so not much for them to do. I won't be back
