Management is disrespectful and unhelpful

I really loved living at Bennett Grand Woods until it was taken over by BH Management. Since then I have had nothing but trouble. They did not respond to any complaints and were terrible at contacting me back. When it came time to renew my lease, they advised me of a rise in payment less than 30 days prior. When I pointed out that in the lease it states they must give at least 30 days notice, the manager refused to speak further with me and hung up on me. If it ever gets sold to another management company, I would consider living here again. However, as long as it is under the current management, I would keep looking.

Well good news!! Ruhl and Ruhl Commercial Co. is taking over Bennett Grand Woods as of 10/30/09 at 4pm. My co-wrkers and I intend to give this great property a turn around especially in Customer Service. Hang in their with us in the up coming week or so, i promise a change! And we will have to look into the raising of the rents....and get back to you Next week
