Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Pros: good facilities (indoor pool, small fitness room, tennis court, etc), easy parking, close to 235 and on a bus route to downtown DSM, people are friendly, management is OK.
Cons: noise. For some reason the machine for AC is located at the ceiling of each room, so you could hear and feel the downstair AC humming when you are ready for sleep. Upstairs flushing/showering did wake up us too. So if you are a sound sleeper this is a perfect place for you.
